Sandy Shrader

As a Managing Consultant with AmPhil’s Capital Campaigns Group, Sandy Shrader advises our clients in pre-campaign feasibility and planning, leadership engagement, and campaign strategy.

In her more than twenty years of advancement experience, Sandy has helped organizations increase capacity, missional impact, and excellence, primarily in the higher education sector. Most recently, she served as the Executive Director of Advancement at Fuller Seminary in California, where she led a successful $150 million campaign. She has also worked with a range of small and midsize nonprofits in strategic planning, board engagement, vision and mission alignment, and all aspects of fundraising.

Sandy is a two-time graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, and she earned her MBA from Maryville University. She splits her year between Arizona and Missouri, spending time with family and friends and, when not working, she is likely hiking, swimming, kayaking, or simply enjoying the great outdoors.
