Executive Director

Hope & A Future - Phoenix, AZ

Hope & A Future (HF) was founded in 2004 to address the crisis of Arizona’s foster care system. More than 14,000 children live in the state foster care system, and more than 800 children “age out” of the system without ever finding a forever family—resulting in increased risk of unemployment, homelessness, and incarceration.

HF’s Christian values have generated enriching and lifechanging programs to ensure that foster care children have the love, support, and tools they need to realize their full human potential. HF has experienced great success with its programs that range from summer camps, volunteer mentorship, and life-skills workshops.

Now, HF seeks to hire an Executive Director as it plans to deepen the crucial work it does in making a considerable difference in the lives of foster children. The Executive Director will be entrusted with the implementation of a four-year strategic plan to increase revenue by 30% by 2025 and advance the quality and scope of HF’s outreach programs.
