ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION
The Pepperdine School of Public Policy enters its 25th anniversary year as one of America's unique graduate policy programs dedicated to the nation's founding principles and making them relevant to today's political challenges. The School offers a 2-year Master of Public Policy (MPP) degree at its Malibu, California campus with courses also offered at its building in Washington, DC. The School's 1,000+ alumni serve in positions of influence in government, nonprofits and the private sector around the world.
ABOUT THE POSITION
The Director of Recruitment and Program Relations is a new position at the School and will focus on growing student recruitment from an existing network of conservative, faith-based, and policy-focused undergrad and young professional organizations. Academic recruiting experience is not necessary, but proven talents in relationship-building and marketing/messaging will be necessary. Though based on our Malibu campus, we will consider remote work relationships for the right candidate. Looking for someone with 2-5 years of professional work experience.
The Pepperdine School of Public Policy offers $70K-$75K salary with excellent benefits including matched retirement investing (403b), vacation time, health insurance, and possible tuition benefits.
