NICOLE RIZKALLAH

MANAGING CONSULTANT, TALENT RECRUITMENT AND DEVELOPMENT

 

Nicole provides strategic consulting on recruitment, personnel, and management. She has worked in the nonprofit sector since 2008 and has nearly a decade of secondary school experience as both director of counseling and assistant headmaster at classical schools. Nicole has experience in systems theory, conflict resolution, psychology, and group dynamics. Nicole is a member of the Arizona Association of Marriage and Family Therapy and a published writer in Philanthropy Daily and the Journal of Contemporary Family Therapy.

She completed two fellowships where she studied political theory, natural law, and Catholic social justice. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance, a Master of Liberal Arts from St. John’s College in Annapolis, MD, and a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary. She is a licensed and practicing therapist.

Nicole works out of our Phoenix, Arizona office and lives downtown.
