As a partner at American Philanthropic, Justin Streiff provides full service strategic consulting to our clients, with a particular emphasis on development department operations and management.

Having led fundraising efforts that have brought in hundreds of millions of dollars, Justin has a track record of helping clients quickly and dramatically grow their revenue. He has worked with nonprofits and political entities, ranging from startups to established, national efforts. Among his current projects, Justin is leading the fundraising program of a $75 million nonprofit—growing their fundraising revenue by 165 percent and donor file by 1,000 percent in less than two years by professionalizing the major gifts program, building a sophisticated grants program, and establishing a complex, multi-channel direct response operation.

Earlier in his career, Justin led the fundraising program for the Foundation for Economic Education, resulting in average annual revenue growth of over thirty percent. While leading the fundraising program for the Goldwater Institute, Justin increased planned giving membership by 500 percent, tripled donor acquisition rates, and improved major donor retention to nearly ninety-five percent. In the political space, he has directed fundraising efforts for dozens of national and state political campaigns and entities. He began his career in Washington, D.C., working in a number of policy areas with a prominent U.S. Senator.

Justin lives in Phoenix, Arizona, with his wife and five children.
