Building upon development fundamentals, this graduate-level fundraising training helps participants dive into the intricacies of running a successful development program.

The Elements of Fundraising II training is an all-inclusive package that includes two nights at the historic Mayflower Hotel. For nearly 100 years, The Mayflower Hotel, Autograph Collection has stood as one of Washington, D.C.'s most enduring institutions. Ideally situated near the White House in the city's lively downtown district, the hotel welcomes you with a seamless combination of historic grandeur and contemporary style. The sessions will be help in the South Carolina room at The Mayflower Hotel.

In an intimate, small-group setting, our partners and managing consultants will teach you how to plan strategically to achieve long-term development success, evaluate development staff expectations, cultivate better foundation and major donor relationships, and develop an effective and engaged board of directors. They will be available throughout the training to answer your questions, provide advice and counsel on your particular fundraising challenges, and share their insights and wisdom on ways to help your nonprofit succeed.
