Talent Solutions offers a comprehensive suite of personnel and organizational solutions for nonprofits that include but are not limited to: executive and personnel recruitment and development, talent assessment and strategy, onboarding and success coaching, and board development.

What You’ll Do

Engagement Leadership and Consulting: You’ll be the lead strategic consultant on multiple talent solutions engagements for clients, driving strategy and cultivating strong client relationships; overseeing all personnel and talent-related solutions; and managing and refining all internal processes and deliverables. This role will trouble shoot any engagement issues that may arise and ensure client satisfaction throughout entire engagements.

Group Management and Operations: You will implement an annual strategic plan for Talent Solutions and manage and develop all group members, addressing personnel issues, making key personnel decisions, approving time sheets, expenses, and vacations, and ensuring healthy group culture. You’ll oversee the group budget and ensure engagement profitability; monitor renewal and upgrade strategies as needed; and assist with the maintenance and upgrades of systems and processes. This position will have direct and regular access to executive leaders and be equipped to double revenue over the next two years.

Business Development: This role will drive business development efforts to meet and exceed revenue goals; help build strong relationships with current and prospective clients; and, identify and bring in new clients. You’ll also help build the respect and recognition of the company by establishing yourself as knowledgeable in the talent solutions space by publishing articles; representing the firm at client meetings and conferences; and building strong relationships with likeminded organizations.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of professional experience, including some time spent in nonprofit organizations, consulting, and recruitment. Experience in management, strategic planning, and driving solutions and revenue is required. If you have a liberal arts background, that’s even better. But all candidates must demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to successfully manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines with professionalism and accuracy.
